Today I will share information on how much energy we use for routine activities in a day. 
If you:
-    Sedentary
At work - You work in an office and sit at your desk for the majority of the day
At home - You are working on the computer, reading, typing

-    Light Activity
At work - You are on your feet a great deal - childcare, retail sales
At home - You are occasionally doing housework, gardening, cleaning

-    Moderate Activity
At work - You are very active- you are walking all day- mail delivery, waiting tables
At home - You are doing housework, gardening, cleaning for 6+ hours per day
1,400 cal
-    Very Active
At work - Your job is labor intensive - a dock worker, construction worker
At home - You are extremely active combined with heavy lifting and constant movement
